We are specialised in the production of refrigerated vehicles for distribution and produce reefer box bodies with the following added values:

Development, production and application testing are carried out at our Kiesling plant in Tomerdingen (Dornstadt) near Ulm. Foaming plants with the most modern processes produce the impact-resistant metal layer panels in the unique "Fully Integrated Panel (FIP)" technology. We have been producing high quality refrigerated vehicles and refrigerated boxes "Made in Germany" for over 40 years! We attach great importance to sustainability in the production of our refrigerated vehicles. We focus on highest quality to create a high added value for our customers. All our cooling bodies are already equipped with high-quality materials and details as standard.

FIP Fully Integrated Panel

FIP Fully Integrated Panel is a completely new cooling construction technology which integrates all previously mounted strips and rails into the wall, floor and ceiling.

Recyclable reefer box bodies

Kiesling is the only manufacturer to offer recyclable refrigerated bodies, with a certified recycling process! Recycling rate: R cyc ≥ 85% Recycling rate: R cov ≥ 95%

Aluminium barley grain floor

Welded all around to the skirting board as a liquid-tight floor pan. Hygienic and easy to clean. Non-slip and quiet during unloading.

Tested ramp collision protection

When docking with ramps, the superstructure is often damaged. Our ramp collision protection effectively absorbs the impacts directly in the frame and distributes them, so the body remains undamaged (standard from body length 6100 mm).

350 mm high impact protection base

350 mm high aluminium base protects the inner wall from damage.

Optimum corrosion protection for substructure and all attachments

LED interior lights

Bright, stable interior lights provide good light in the hold. Available with or without motion detector. Low energy consumption - safe against clamping bars!

Development, production and application testing are carried out at the Kiesling plant in Tomerdingen. State-of-the-art equipment produces the impact-resistant metal top layer panels here using the unique FIP technology. This process guarantees long-lasting insulation and maximum stability. All our refrigerated bodies are already equipped with the above-mentioned high-quality materials and details as standard. The special production technology also makes it possible to manufacture payload-optimised motor vehicles.

Certifications

Various test certificates document that Kiesling refrigerated vehicles and reefer boxes meet the requirements of our customers. Our processes guarantee a high quality standard. Some of these tests are repeated on a regular basis and also ensure the continuous further development of our products.

HACCP-certification

Kiesling refrigerated vehicles have been tested both according to ATP/FRC and for suitability according to the HACCP guidelines by TÜV Süd.

DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

Tested according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1994 and one of the first in the industry at that time. An annual repeat test ensures Kiesling's high standard.

DIN ISO 14001 and 50001

In 2012, the environmental and energy management system of Kiesling Kühlfahrzeuge was audited for the first time by Dekra in accordance with ISO 14001.

The end wall test according to Swedish standards, i.e. the so-called "Swedish test", was carried out and passed for the first time in 2006.

PIEK certified structure

The PIEK standard is also fulfilled by our refrigerated bodies. We will be pleased to offer you the special equipment required for this.
