Partition Wall Systems for Refrigerated Transportation

With Cool Slide®, the cold in the cargo area is secured and/or different temperature areas are separated from each other - several Cool Slide® walls in one vehicle are possible!
The flexible material protects against collision damage caused by chargers.

 

Cool Slide® as a cold restraint system:

2.easy handling, longitudinally adjustable, can be folded up. Simply pushed step by step into the hold during unloading.

Cool Slide® as partition wall system:

1.partition wall is longitudinally movable and can be folded up. Uniquely variable.
The elements are pushed crosswise for loading.

2. temperature controllable by a fan or a dual evaporator unit.

 

Further function:

• For ATP/FRC tested deep-freeze vehicles without rear doors with Cool Slide® and tail lift central locking system.

The perfect solution for use in smaller cooling superstructures, in class 3.5t zGG. To load the front compartment the partition wal l- consisting of two insulated panels - is folded in the middle and simply fixed to the ceiling with magnets. Cool Flap®, the partition wall for transporters is light, can be folded up to the ceiling and is easy to operate. (SI 031-2)

The Cool Slide® can also be used in the 1/3 chamber or 2/3 chamber as a cold restraint system or partition wall.

For narrow cooling chambers (1/3 of the body width), e.g. separated by a lengthwise partition wall, Cool Flap® 1/3 offers the ideal solution to secure the temperature or to set up an additional temperature zone.
Simply folded and magnetically attached to the ceiling.
Can be easily moved in the hold when locked or folded up.
This is easy and simple, ideal is the small space required for handling.
