We are specialised in the production of refrigerated vehicles for distribution and produce reefer box bodies with the following added values:

Development, production and application testing are carried out at our Kiesling plant in Tomerdingen (Dornstadt) near Ulm. Foaming plants with the most modern processes produce the impact-resistant metal layer panels in the unique "Fully Integrated Panel (FIP)" technology. We have been producing high quality refrigerated vehicles and refrigerated boxes "Made in Germany" for over 40 years! We attach great importance to sustainability in the production of our refrigerated vehicles. We focus on highest quality to create a high added value for our customers. All our cooling bodies are already equipped with high-quality materials and details as standard.

Magnetic Door Retainer Easy Lock®

Standard only at Kiesling

Easy Lock®, developped by Kiesling itself, fixes even heavy doors, in particular the rear doors of refrigerated trucks, using a magnet.
This is easier and faster and the wear is low.
This innovation is standard on all Kiesling refrigerated vehicles!

Door holds securely to the side wall - thanks to strong magnets

The rear door is simply swung to the side wall when opened and secures itself there quickly, easily and almost automatically thanks to the strong magnetic effect of Easy Lock®.
Easy Lock® also holds the doors securely in place when manoeuvring and reversing over uneven surfaces

Simple unlocking

Unlocking the door stop is just as simple and user-friendly:
The unlocking device registered for utility model protection is simply pressed with one hand and the magnet is released.
Fast and ergonomic operation!

No damage when docked to ramps - no wear or maintenance

Easy Lock® is durable and practically maintenance-free thanks to its equipment with high-quality magnets. Damage or wear are hardly possible.
If the ramps are often damaged when reversing, Easy Lock® is well protected and hidden. Damage is not possible.

Better hygiene

Conventional door stops are fastened underneath the body and become dirty while driving. When the doors are opened and secured by these door stops, the dirt is transported directly to the inside of the doors and thus into the hold.
Better hygiene thanks to Easy Lock® - the new magnetic door stop only holds the outside of the door on the side wall.

All our refrigerated bodies are already equipped with the above-mentioned high-quality materials and details as standard. The special production technology also makes it possible to manufacture payload-optimised motor vehicles.
