Effiziente Lösungen für Multi-Temp-Transporte

Efficient solutions for multi-temperature transport

Flexible partition systems offer maximum temperature control and energy savings

In refrigerated transport, fresh and frozen goods often have to be transported at the same time. This requires flexible solutions in the cargo area.
Kiesling offers its own partition systems that enable reliable temperature control, easy operation and efficient space allocation.

Many vehicles are divided lengthwise into two or three compartments. The flexible cross-division is handled by Kiesling systems, which are simple and ergonomic to operate.

Flexible temperature zones thanks to highly insulating partition walls

The Cool Slide and Cool Flap systems are made of lightweight, highly insulating and flexible material. They are positioned behind the frozen or fresh goods being transported and ensure that

- the goods remain safely refrigerated until the final unloading point
- the temperature in each zone is kept constant
- cooling zones can be flexibly designed using sliding or folding elements
- no damage occurs from loading equipment, as the material flexe

Kiseling Multi-Temperature systems at a glance:

Cool Slide – flexible cross partition for sliding open
The three-part Cool Slide system divides the load compartment crosswise. Individual elements can be quickly slid open or folded up completely for loading and unloading.

The size of the frozen or fresh food compartment can be flexibly adjusted to the quantity of goods being transported by simply moving the partition.

To ensure reliable temperature control in both compartments, either a fan with thermostat is installed in the partition or a second evaporator is used in the rear area.

Cool Flap – easy to attach to the ceiling
Another solution available is the foldable Cool Flap system. It allows for easy partitioning and can also be folded up to the ceiling to save space and is simply attached to the ceiling magnetically.

Temperature control down to the last pallet and energy savings

In addition to dividing the cargo space, Cool Slide and Cool Flap are also used as cold retention systems. The cooled space is gradually reduced after each unloading process, which means that less cooling is required. In practice, this can save up to 40% of the energy used by the refrigeration unit. At the same time, the temperature is absolutely guaranteed.

Integrated ceiling rail – with dual benefits

All systems can be moved lengthways in the load compartment, allowing flexible positioning. Kiesling refrigerated bodies are known for their fully integrated, flat walls.
A special feature of Kiesling refrigerated bodies for multi-temperature use is that the ceiling perforated rails are also fully integrated and do not protrude.

One perforated rail – double the benefit:

Sperrstange in einer versenkten Lochschiene in der Decke angebracht.

The partition walls are moved via the perforated rails in the cargo area. An additional advantage is that strong 1000 daN locking bars can also be inserted into the integrated perforated rails for optimum load securing.

Kiesling's multi-temperature solutions are customer-oriented and have proven themselves particularly in large transport companies. They impress in daily use, are reliable and efficient, and meet the requirements of modern refrigerated logistics. They also increase temperature reliability and reduce overall costs.
