Shipping policy
Place your order in the shop:
Ordered quickly - processed quickly and dispatched immediately - take advantage of the webshop with a customer account or simply as a guest orderer.
- You will usually receive goods in stock within 1-2 working days. Should there be any delays, you will be informed immediately by e-mail.
- Express delivery within Germany is possible for an additional charge.
- The collection of ordered goods from the factory in Dornstadt-Tomerdingen near Ulm is only possible with prior notification at shop@kiesling.de.
Can't find the goods you want in the shop?
Please send us an e-mail to shop@kiesling.de, if possible with a photo of the desired part.
Shipping via parcel service:
Parts up to max. 2.70 m will be sent by parcel service if possible. For larger quantities (bulky goods) we reserve the right to dispatch by a forwarding agent.

within the EU & Switzerland:
