The bodies are individually adapted to the respective transport requirements. These include special temperature sensors, temperature recording systems and powerful refrigeration units. Predominantly units that can both heat and cool are used, as this is the only way to ensure reliable temperature control at any outside temperature and for every required temperature range - ambient, fresh or frozen.
Especially in distribution transport with frequent stops, the specially designed refrigerated bodies ensure reliable temperature control, high practicality and the necessary safety in daily use.
Risk analysis and risk management are of particular importance. In worst-case scenarios, it is checked how long the body remains temperature-stable, for example, in the event of a refrigeration unit failure. The constant insulation performance contributes to the significantly slower heating of the cargo space.
The Kiesling Pharma-Coolers are tested and qualified by renowned institutes such as EIPL or Pharmaserv. The corresponding certificate confirms the pharmaceutical qualification according to GDP.
For transporters and manufacturers, this means being able to fall back on an already completed qualification. With Kiesling Pharma-Coolers, they receive a solution that ensures transport according to GDP. Additional certification by the operator is not required.
Also possible WITHOUT rear doors
Even in this temperature-sensitive area, it is possible to do without rear doors to unload faster and more efficiently in local transport with multiple unloading stops.
In conjunction with the Kiesling Cool Slide – bulkhead at the rear, temperature safety is ensured, and the standing tail lift ensures that the body is firmly and securely closed. Further details such as load securing or the installation of bulkheads are also possible.
